Jeffrey Bullard-Berent, MD, FAAP, FACEP Professor of Emergency Medicine and Pediatrics was the recipient of the 2021 Gold Headed Cane award from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. The Gold-Headed Cane is a symbol of excellence, signifying in its award those qualities of head, heart and hands that exemplify the best of the medical profession in clinical practice, academics, ethics, professionalism, community service and/or advocacy.
