Roxanne Ilagan is an Emergency Medicine Resident Physician at the DMC/WSU Detroit Receiving Hospital program. 

Dr. Ilagan graduated from the WSU School of Medicine Basic Medical Sciences program in 2018 and recently graduated from the Medical Doctorate program in 2023. During medical school, she was involved in many organizations including the Detroit Medical Orchestra, the Aesculapians Honotr Society, and served as President of Street Medicine Detroit. 

Dr. Ilagan's interests include street medicine, ultrasound, medical education, and community service in Detroit.
