Todd Aho, M.D. '97
Dr. Todd Aho was born and raised in the metro Detroit area. He graduated from Wayne State University in 1993 earning a bachelor's degree in chemistry. He continued his education at the Wayne State University School of Medicine graduating AOA. Following that Dr. Aho completed a transitional year at Oakwood, now Beaumont. He then completed radiology residency at Duke University, serving as chief resident. After residency he went on to complete a 2-year neuro-radiology fellowship at the Barrow Neurological Institute. After fellowship he accepted a job as a neuro-radiologist at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He was a senior staff radiologist for 15 years until a devastating stroke ended his career in 2018.
He still lives in the metro Detroit area with his wife, Amy, and two children. Even though Dr. Aho is medically retired he is still actively involved with the WSUSOM and resident education at Henry Ford Hospital.
