James Regan, M.D. - Private practice in Denver, Internal Medicine. Clinical faculty at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Three children, one in doctoral program, education (CU); one in IT business (CU Denver) and one music/business (CU Denver, graduate). Married 27 years to Nita, who I met at a college reunion in 1983. Wayne did a great job of exposing us to that element which, I feel, is most critical to a medical education; patients. Many patients and many different venues from Harper/Grace to Sinai, to Beaumont, etc. I think from time to time of the dog anatomy lab... I think Peta would go nuts! I remember late night trips to Lafayette Coney Island to get some dogs to take back the the ED staff. Mostly I remember my classmates; wonderfully devoted, responsible, empathetic, and kind hearted. Wayne State will forever fill a bright spot in my soul.
