One of Dr. Fouche Brazzle's great passions in life is being able to provide healing to those suffering with emotional and behavioral challenges. Trauma and life stressors can impact a life in numerous ways especially early life childhood trauma. Dr. Fouche Brazzle's major goal in life is to address the social determinants that undermine wellbeing like health, race, education, and financial inequalities.

Dr. Fouche Brazzle's education background includes BS from WSU, MD from WSU, general psychiatry residency from Lafayette Clinic and fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry from University of Michigan.

Dr. Fouche Brazzle has spent 30 years providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. Employment includes CEO of Maple Psychiatric Associates, P.C. (solo private practice), active staff at Havenwyck Hospital, medical director of Jewish Family Services, consultant for Children's Center, Wellspring Lutheran Family Service New Direction, PsyGenics, and Methodist Children's' Home Society. Dr. Fouche Brazzle served as chief medical director of New Center CMH for 15 years.

Dr. Fouche Brazzle has been compassionate about training others. She has been involved in the training of residents, physician assistants and nurse practitioners. She has provided mental health talks in the community including several churches and Wayne Community College. Dr. Fouche Brazzle has had the opportunity to serve as speaker for several pharmaceutical companies.

Dr. Fouche Brazzle was born and raised in Detroit. She grew up in a home with her parents and four siblings where God was head of the home. Her faith is important to her as she is an active member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church.

Dr. Fouche Brazzle is a legacy parent as her daughter attended WSU School of Medicine and is board certified in Family Practice. Dr. Fouche Brazzle spends much of my leisure time with her three adorable grandchildren.
