Partha Nandi

Partha Nandi, M.D. ’93, is a gastroenterologist and the creator and host of an internationally syndicated medical lifestyle television show.

After receiving his medical degree from the WSU School of Medicine, Dr. Nandi completed an internship and residency at Wayne State University/Harper Hospital and a fellowship at University of Michigan. He has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Ohio State University.

He practices medicine at the Center For Digestive Health in Rochester Hills, Mich., and is an assistant professor at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. Since 2012, he has hosted the program “Ask Dr. Nandi.” He is also the chief health editor for WXYZ ABC Detroit.

Dr. Nandi has partnered with the Ministry of Health in several countries, including Jamaica and India, and collaborated with the World Health Organization. He is the author of articles in numerous peer-reviewed journals, a national speaker and a patient advocate.
