I contacted a family doctor provided by the alumni office for a one-on-one meeting. I learned a lot about the field and the more he told me about his different career paths, the more I saw Family medicine residency as a real possibility. I was considering Pediatrics for a long time, but now Family medicine is a very strong contender!
